CRIB artemis

ARTEMIS (A RooT Extesion with Modular processor for Instant Swiching) is used at online analysis for the CRIB experiment. Everyone can create your own personal directory to analyse the data, so if you want to participate in the CRIB experiment and use this artemis, please check this manual.

Installation

This chapter describes how to set up the artemis environment for the CRIB experiment.

Setting

This chapter describes how to prepare the configuration file for the experiment. If you have already some CRIB artemis environment, please see from here for initial settings.

CRIB Configuration

Artemis configuration varies from experiment to experiment. We would like to explain in this chapter how they are configured and used in CRIB experiment.

Q&A

Cannot be analysed in online mode…

When you start the event loop in online mode and artemis gets stuck, babian may not have been activated. There is a shellscript to run the “babian” in cribana PC.
